Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer
Matt Downs is Managing Director and CEO at Melody Global and Co-CEO and Managing Partner of Sandbox Industries, which manages over $1.8B across its venture funds. Previously, Matt was a venture investor at Highland Capital Partners and began his career in Morgan Stanley's New York M&A group. He holds a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Stanford GSB.

Seth Merrill, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Melody Global, previously served as co-Director of Portfolio Strategy at Ensign Peak Advisors and held other executive roles across asset and wealth management. His markets and macroeconomic commentary has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, US News & World Report, and Buyouts Insider. Seth holds a BS from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Stanford GSB.
Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer
Greg Eickbush oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, bringing extensive executive leadership from Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Mizuho. With more than 13 years working across Asia, he offers a global perspective on delivering financial solutions to clients and investors. Greg holds a BA in Japanese from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Columbia University.
